I want to talk to you a little bit about, you know, how Ascira came about? So the name of Ascira itself actually has a special meaning.
Each one of the letters, the AVS, the CVI, the R. They all stand for certain, certain things that we believe in as we build our culture inside of a sphere. And now we want you to understand that, that we will build this business based on, on, on core, philosophy of, inclusion. So we want to build a culture that everyone is included, nobody is excluded. And I want to talk to you a little bit about what the, what the name of Ascira means and, I’m going to introduce you to our founder and some of our corporate staff that we have that have, that have joined forces to bring you the greatest opportunity that I can tell you that you’re going to see in your lifetime.
2020 truly is the year of a clear vision. So when I talk about the a and S here, that stands for attitude. Everything starts with your attitude. If your attitude is positive or it’s negative, has everything to do with where you end up in life. The S stands for systems. We have systems of success inside of Ascira that is going to make it possible for you to succeed at the highest level. The C stands for commitment. Anything that you do starts with a decision and you’ve got to commit to that decision. The ins here is for integrity. Without integrity, nothing else matters. The R stands for recognition. We will absolutely recognise we will celebrate your success and we’d want nothing more than to have you on the stage being celebrated by people all around the world saying to themselves, man, if he can do it, she can do it.
So can I. And the last a is for accountability. That’s right. We start with attitude. We end with accountability because you are responsible for your success and your success is truly your fault. So if your success is to be, it’s up to me. So let’s get started with the presentation now so that I can get you back to your, to your teams, to your friends, to your family so you can share this opportunity with everybody around the world.
So again, welcome to Ascira the company for the people. Are you in the right place? Is it the right time? And is this the right company? And the answer to that absolutely is yes. Because if you are here now at this time, this is absolutely the right company for you. Have you ever dreamed of working from the comfort of your own home? We all have these.
Wouldn’t it be awesome to be able to get up every morning and go from your bedroom, say to your kitchen, pour your cup of coffee, sit down at your kitchen table, have your breakfast walk 12, 13, 15 steps to your office or maybe your living room, wherever you’ve set up your computer so that you can actually work from home, from the comfort of home, not having to fight traffic and all of the hassles that go along with, you know, commuting back and forth to work. How about sharing more time with your loved ones? You know, we all sacrifice our time and, and, and in fact, something as human beings we share is we all only have 24 hours in a day. And when we spend that time, rather than invest that time, it’s gone. It’s gone forever. And then we’re missing out on some of the things that we have in life that are available.
So how about receiving recognition that you deserve? How about being recognised for doing a great job for contributing to the team, for making a difference in whatever company or business that you’re working in? How about this one? How about becoming financially secure or free? That’s right. See, you do have the ability to control what it is and the way that you live for the rest of your life. But you’ve got to take care of your finances first and we’ll show you how to do that. We can do that inside of this. And how about this one? How about travelling the world? Who doesn’t want to know and experience more of what the world has to offer? I know personally for me, the network marketing industry over the last 12 years and before that a little bit, but through the network marketing industry, I’ve literally been able to travel to the other side of the world.
And it has truly impacted my life. Having the ability to be able to travel and to earn an income as I do so. So let’s talk about discovering a new world and the new world is this lady gym and the new world has everything to do with virtual, digital, and physical. What VR virtual, what digital, what? Let’s talk a little bit about that. First of all, what I want to do is I want to share with you the vision of Ascira in the vision of Ascira is to simply, it’s a very powerful statement, but it’s very simply said to go beyond a billion. What does that mean? Beyond a billion people, beyond $1 billion, beyond a billion likes, beyond a billion dislikes. What are we looking to attract? What are we looking to build?
And we’re going to do that in a way that you’re going to simply understand how you could best participate in your own rescue and create that financial freedom we’re all looking for. So let’s talk about these billion dollar industry is that are available today that we’re all familiar with. Um, and now imagine yourself being able to participate in all of these industries. We’re not talking million dollar industries. We’re not talking a hundred thousand dollars inches.
We’re talking billion and trillion dollar industries, ladies and gentlemen. 1 billion is 1000 million. A trillion is 1000 billion. And we actually have an opportunity to participate in all five of these industries that you’re seeing on the screen here right now, all at the same time. Of course, we all know that social media advert, you know it, it’s the way that we live. It’s the way that we talk. It’s a way that we communicate worldwide with everyone all the time.
It’s because that’s what people want. They want to share their experiences in life, what they’re doing, how they’re doing it, who they’re doing it with, with everybody that they know. And social media is absolutely the greatest thing that’s ever been created for that communication purpose. And we know that. And you know specifically just in the advertising part, that’s a multi, multi billion dollar industry. Every year we talk about the network marketing industry. And that of course is, is simply you building a business, working with people instead of working for people. And that’s so amazing, right? And we know that that industry is growing every year at a steady pace. And, and you know, we, we have numbers that will support the fact that it’s over $190 billion industry per year. Let’s talk a little bit more now. We’re getting a little bit higher up in those billions now. Now we talk about leadership training.
Do you realise that leadership training? So what we’re seeing here is that people are believing more in their own abilities to create their own success in life. And to do that, they’ve got a, they’ve got to become more. If you want to earn more, you want to have more, you simply have to become more. And it all starts with a decision, a mindset. And then you got to learn how to be a leader. See if you’re not leading people, you’re following. And I can tell you right now, the difference between a leader and a follower in a lifestyle, it’s quite different now. It’s not a bad thing to be a follower for a time being. And it’s very intelligent to be a good follower as you’re learning how to be a leader of people. And that industry today is doing a billion. That’s just in one specific category.
Over a billion a day, over a billion a day is spent in leadership development and training. So that’s telling you something here, lady gentlemen, this is going to be the future, the future of success. Now we talk about the travel industry. I mean, man, it’s not a new thing. It’s been around for generations and people have been travelling since, you know, since the beginning of time. Of course going from one place to another, the way we travel and where we can travel has sure changed though over the past decades for sure. And it has accumulated over eight point $8 trillion globally. When you add up all of the travel places that people go and how they travel and so on and so forth, including the whole industry. Then we talk about the big one. Now this big one is the last one we talk about for one civic reason.
Well number one today, the eCommerce platform, the online purchasing, the online shopping malls, the way that we purchase things, the way that we find out information, the way that we get and we buy things, the way that we transact e-commerce today is at $29 trillion industry. But we have research and we have found that experts have said that in less than 20 years. 2040. I know it sounds kind of crazy. You’re talking about 2040, but here we are in 2020. Wow. The year of clear and precise vision, but within the next two decades, only 20 years, ladies and gentlemen, more than 95% of the world will transact online. eCommerce is the future. And today it’s a $29 trillion industry. Can you imagine the multiple hundreds of trillions of dollars a year that are going to be transacted online through e-commerce will? How do you connect the eCommerce platform to the people that you know, like and trust?
How do you monetise an eCommerce platform? Well, let me explain a little bit how that’s possible with Ascira. So our mission again is to go beyond a billion members by 2030 that are participating in those five industries. And we’re going to do that in three very, very specific phases that are well thought out and are possible and probable. And we will do it with you. And this is very exciting.
So phase one is going to be us developing our global marketing teams. Why? Because we know that people know people and share when people share and care, things grow. And when you look at the network marketing industry, it’s a business for the people, with people where people work together. We’re given an opportunity to build business independently with the help of other people as we learn, we also earn.
So first phase will be the development of the Ascira MLM marketing team. The team that is actually going to recommend and share what Ascira is and what Ascira MLM can do for you in the future.
Second phase by again to create that beyond a billion members by 2030; phase two is going to be the development of our social media platform by the year 2021; this is a critical stage for us to be able to do this. See, as we grow our businesses, as we share the products and as people are giving us their testimonials and as people are creating success and as people are becoming more and earning more and their lifestyles are changing and they’re able to, you know, travel more and see the world and share their pictures and their experiences and, and their challenges and their celebrations. And we’re able to do that through a social media platform as we build our own social media platform.
What that’s going do is it’s going to do is attract more people to Ascira. And now imagine this, imagine if you could get paid. I know we’re all on social media right now, probably on Facebook. Most of us for sure you know, if not, you know, the same type of people are on all of the other social media platforms. You know, more than 4 billion people around the world use social media. That’s more than half of the world right now is using social media. And the spectacular statistic about that is less than a billion people in the world can read. But they’re on social media. Wow. And they have smartphones, they have technology in their hands, but yet how they’re using it, how they’re connecting to the world is the most important thing. So imagine we build a social media platform. That platform becomes world renowned. Why? Because when people join our social media platform, there’s huge value that is going to be attached, which I’m going to talk about in phase three.
But imagine now you are recommending your friends to use our social media platform, Ascira social. And when that happens, ladies and gentlemen, what happens? Companies going to pay you a dollar. That’s right. Just for that recommendation. They don’t have to buy nothing, nothing. We’re not asking them to buy nothing. There’s no commitment. They don’t have to stay long. They can come in, they can go, they can share, they can do whatever they want to do because it’s very important that people are allowed to do whatever it is that they want to do. Cause they’re going to do that first all the time. So imagine now you can earn from that recommendation. Now we’ve talked about phase three, which is very important again, and here it is again. Phase three, the e-commerce, online shopping. Now these ladies, gentlemen, we’ve already determined earlier on that is going to be a multi, multi, multi, hundreds of trillions of dollars.
It’s going to be transacted over the next 20 years inside of this world that we call earth. And I can tell you right now that every day statistics tell us that 150,000 people pass away and every day 360,000 people are being born. So what does that tell you ladies and gentlemen, that the world is getting bigger, bigger, bigger. And my concern is this is what is everybody going to do? How are we going to earn a living? How are we going to live? How are we going to thrive in this world if it isn’t for an opportunity or at least given an opportunity for you to build something with it? We all know that jobs are being replaced every day. Yes or yes, automation. And that artificial intelligence is taking over and making things easier, which we love because we love convenience, but it’s actually taking away from how it is that we, you know, traditionally make a living.
So we’ve got to be good stewards of the world and we’ve got to really look at this and say, Oh, can I actually help with what the inevitable will be? Where we have more people than we have opportunities? And then we have challenges. And I don’t have to get into what that looks like. So let’s talk about the three phases of what we’re talking in Ascira. So very, very reasonably, you can see that going beyond a billion people in the next 10 years is probably not as big a picture or not as big a goal as you first thought when you first looked at this vision. Because the way we do it, the way that we’re going to do it with you, with the people that you know, with the people that they know, so on and so forth, it’s very feasible to see that going beyond a billion is very, very probable.
So let’s talk a little bit about our visionary, our founder, our CEO, the man with the plan, the one who has brought beyond a billion to all of us. And he simply has focused on simplifying people’s everyday life by helping them to discover and learn new ways how to reshape their lives in ways they never dreamed of. See, that’s it again, right? Dreaming. Everything starts with a desire. We have to dream. We have to, we have to picture our success. We have to believe that it’s possible and it is because it’s available for you. All right. Let’s talk a little bit now about our products. Now I, mentioned earlier, that Ascira is, an education-based education based product company.
We are, we are a marketing company that markets education because why? Because knowledge with purpose is powerful. Applied knowledge is what is required and we turn knowledge into profits. We are simply, and I’m going to explain it simply, but of course it’s very complicated what we’ve put together, but the simplicity of it is its ultimate sophistication. So you can use it simply every day to become better. And while you’re learning you can earn. How about that? How about having access to video content that is actually going to direct you in your life and help you to earn as you learn? That’s right. Because everything today is all video based.
People are learning differently than they did 10, 20, 30, 50 years ago. We’re no longer in the classrooms with the chalkboard. We’re now behind our computer screens looking for specific information that can be applied so that we can grow in what it is that we desire to have achieved.

And you can learn more about that as we continue through. So let’s talk a little bit about some of the topics. I mean, this gives you a little bit of a snapshot, but I’m telling you right now, there’s much more than this that you’re going to have. Of course, leadership, branding, branding. I mean, wow. When’s the last time you as a leader, if I’m speaking to leaders right now, you as a leader were actually branded, meaning that the company celebrated, branded what it is that you’ve done, your experiences so that it can last for a legacy. It can last for generations to come because see, I know one thing about education is that we on the call here today, we are not going to be here forever, but I can tell you right now, education will, people will never stop needing to learn more so that they can apply and earn more.

Health and wellness. I mean, if we have, we won’t have our health, we don’t have anything personal development. Of course, as we get better, we become better.
We can do better. We can have better travel. Leisure of course, that we’re going to talk a little bit about how about beauty and fashion. How about languages? How about smart money, how learning how to, how to, how to create dollars and how to, you know, grow those dollars.

You know, being able to take this information and actually apply it to your life, you know, start a business, creating a successful business, help other people do the same and earn money as you learn. This is the key component to what I’m talking about here right now.
Ladies and Gentlemen, you’ve got to catch this vision when I’m speaking. All right, so let’s talk a little bit now about lifestyle. Wow. You know what, why do we work anyway? We work so we can live. I hope you’re not living to work. You know, I know we’re all smiling right now cause that’s usually what happens to 99% of the people in the world is that we just simply live, uh, we work and then we don’t live anymore.
And that’s not a very strong strategy I would consider, I would highly give you some advice here and say, look, you know what? You should change that strategy. You should learn and find out ways that you can, you know, you can work. Yes, we got to work, we got to do things, we’ve got to work smarter. But it’s all about the living. It’s all about the lifestyle. How can we create more out of life? Because ladies, I’m not here to tell you you qualify. You absolutely qualify for more no matter who you are. Whoever I’m talking to right now as this gets replayed around the world many, many times over the next, you know, years, remember this, this is the first call that Ascira has put out. This is the first you were on this call. You were the one that were here hearing this information first.
And as you share this information with other people, remember you are worthy of more and we have what we call smart traveling for less. So we have the Ascira Travel portal that will allow you and give you up to 70% savings on hotels, airlines, car rentals, cruises, excursions, luxury homes, so on and so forth. Now I know that there’s other discount travel sites that are out there and they market those businesses certain ways. They have a certain business model attached to those and that’s awesome. And you know what, there is some great value in some great savings that are going to be available in those types of platforms as well. Let Jim, and I’m here to tell you that we don’t market the travel. So whatever discount that is available for us as a whole sale, provider to you see, we get the discounts in Ascira Travel we receive the discounts at the same discount or rates that you’re going to see out there.
But we do things a little bit differently. We give all of those discounts back to you. That’s right. Because see our business, our product is education. We want to give you added value for you to be able to use inside of this online portal. So that why, why, why would we do that? Why would we give something like this is a multimillion dollar system that we have paid for, we have invested in for the people and we’re going to give it to you for free. Why would we do that? Simple question is, or simple answer is because we want to add value back to you so that you share this with people around the world so that what we all achieve and go beyond a billion. That’s the, that’s the whole plan here leading gentlemen is that as we build and as we become the most sought after social media site in the world, that people want to be part of it because you actually get paid to go, you know, for recommending friends, you get these great values and I’m going to talk a little bit more about how e-commerce will join into that as well.
And you’re going to be able to receive, you know, discounts not seen anywhere else in the world. And the only way that’s going to happen is when we build this together. So again, three phases starting with phase one, marketing team, phase two, social media, phase three, the e-commerce online shopping platform. This is another product that we have inside that absolutely you can use to share with people that you know, like and trust. So I encourage you when it’s opened. We’re looking at right now, this will be ready for us in May. So, I’m telling you now in May we’ll have this available. Of course, our full launch will be in June. Right now we are in what we call our prelaunch stage starting in March, which I’m going to talk about at the end of the slide presentation March. We’re going to be able to get started.
We’re going to be able to position in Ascira MLM and get started. Cause again, marketing team, the sales team, the sales force, the ones who’s going to go out there and share this with the world is what we’re going to be building right now today with this plan in mind. All right. So let’s talk a little bit about the nine ways that we get paid. Cause I know that as a marketing came as a sales team, you need to make money you need to earn so that you can have a better lifestyle. So we talk in this business right now of a syrup, the nine ways that we get paid. And I’m not going to break down every way that we get paid, cause you’re not going to really remember all of the ways, but you are going to remember a few key things that I’m going to speak about.
And then you get back to the person or the persons that asked you onto this call or shared this, presentation with you and just get those questions answered. I’m going to tell you right now that this is, if not the most lucrative plan that I’ve ever looked at inside of the direct sales space. And the reason I’m saying that is because up to 80%, so 80 cents of every dollar goes back to the marketing team. And I think that’s amazing. When you think about that you’re partnering, you’re partnering with a company for as little as $199 you’re partnering with $1 billion giant. Let me say that again. For as little as $199 come June 1st you are partnering with $1 billion company that gives you 80% of whatever comes in in total global sales back to you. I can’t believe that’s even possible and that’s probably what you’re thinking right now is you know that this is just a, you know, a sales ploy.
You know, it can’t be true. While I’m here to tell you, ladies and gentlemen, because we are a digital and a virtual product company, our costs are lower, we have more profitability. So we know that as you know that. So we give that back to you. Why not give it to the people? Why not give it to the ones who are out there sharing this opportunity with everybody around the world. Some of you just briefly go over how this is going to work and then we’ll get into the final part and then I can get you back to your friends, families, business partners, and we can get this thing done. So again, let’s talk a little bit about retail sales. When you make a retail sale, that means that you have somebody that’s not interested today and maybe becoming a I M a and Ima in our business is what we refer to as an independent marketing associate.
As we build the marketing team, you become an independent marketing socially or you are an independent business owner when you sell our retail products. And of course, what are our retail products, education and travel. We have retail products that you can sell for people who maybe just want to try it. They don’t want to run a business. It’s okay, no problem. I don’t want to earn any money, but I do want to learn. And you know what, wow, if you’re saying I can save up to 70% in travel, you know, I can get a, you know, a regular trip and, and instead of paying maybe a thousand dollars for a trip, I can pay, you know, three, $400 for lecture. Yeah, I’m absolutely interested in seeing if this is possible, what that’s going to take for me. So we have retail products and when that sold by you personally, you make 20% of whatever that sale is.
I think that’s a very fair, very reasonable in the industry and something that we can really back behind because it is going to be a fact that as we go beyond a billion, that the majority, over 80% of the people that will be in that billion, uh, users, billion people and above are going to be people that are using our product every day. And imagine now you could participate and receive revenue, share income from the activity that’s happening from a billion people in Ascira globally, not just your effort, but the efforts of everybody in that billion people. Plus. Now you’re starting to think right. All of a sudden the wheels are starting to turn a little bit there. I know I did the same thing. I’m smiling with you right now. So let’s talk a little bit about the direct bonus, the Direct sponsor bonus. Now whenever you do a recommend this system, this a this opportunity to people and they say, wow, I love what I see and I would love to do it with you if you’ll show me the way, and he say, yes, absolutely.
Let’s do this together in Ascira MLM. When that happens, whatever package that they happen to buy, whether it’s the $199 all the way up to there are $2499 package that we have come June pre launch. We have two special packages that I’m going to talk about a little bit later, but you earn 15% of whatever that purchase is one time and then the fun begins. So we talk about the third bonus that we have and we call this the power of three and this is you simply building a structure of people that is going to be automatically placed as people come into the Bissell. It’s very fair system because there is no, I want to go under this team, that team, I want this guy and I, no. As you come into the business, you are placed into it automatically. Computer automatically places you either in the left middle or right, and I’m not really going to get into it what that means, but basically you’re going to be automatically placed and then the system fills up and we have up to 12 levels and you can earn up to 35% additional to what it is that you personally have brought into the business.
So 15% plus 35% on 12 levels on a three by three system that eventually at 12 levels we’ll have close to 800,000 people in it and you can earn a commission based on their purchases up to 35% on those levels. So you’re starting to see again how powerful this really is. And then we have our fourth bonus, which is our placement team bonus. Now again, this is when you are partnered with people, they’re out doing what you’re doing and they’re duplicating that action levels and levels and levels deep well again, those people will be put into this system. They’ll be placed into this system, sequenced as the next available spots, and when that happened you can see that it fills up very, very quickly. And again, you would receive on 12 levels up to 35% based on the 12 different levels, 5% being the first level and so on and so on.
We also have our monthly subscription. This is very, very powerful. This is what we call a residual income of direct sales. And this comes from when people are using the system. Of course, when they buy their first package, what they’re going to receive with the first packages are going to receive a certain amount of prepaid subscription. So you’re going to have a certain amount of, Ascira is going to be paid for a certain amount of months in the travel and other benefits are going to be attached to whatever package that they purchase as they become IMS. But as the subscription is due and people are paying the $99 a month, this is the beginning stage, $99 a month. And some people are saying, Oh, you know, that’s too much money in my country.
And I hear the same challenges all the time, is that, you know, well, in my country, you know, that’s not feasible. It’s not, it’s not reasonable. And, and really what it comes down to the lead gentleman is it, it’s a mindset. So if I was to tell you for $99 a month for as little as $1,200 a year, you could apply the information that you could learn from. And you could actually change your life and your family’s life forever. What if you could catch that vision and you could say to yourself, you know what, the reason why my first initial thought was $99 a month is too much, is because I didn’t really see the value that was included in this.
